Terms & Conditions Of This Offer
When you sign up with Hostgator.com for one of their hosting packages and follow the instructions on the Sign Up Instructions page, you will receive a coupon code that will give you your first month of hosting for $.01 if you chose to pay monthly or a $9.94 discount on all others, or a percentage off of your initial order, along with a check for $40.06 from us once we have been paid for your signup . Hostgator puts a 60 day hold on all commissions to prevent fraudulent activity where people sign up to get a commission and then cancel their account. For this reason we do not receive payment from Hostgator for 60-90 days. Rest assured that you will receive your check from us once we do.
This rebate offer is not valid if you are a previous customer of Hostgator.com. They do not pay commissions for repeat customers.
You will need to email us at rebate@hostgator50.com and provide your name, address, domain name you signed up with, and the approximate date that you signed up. We have access to statistics, as shown in the following image, that allow us to verify that you have indeed signed up and let us know when we have been paid. If your account has been suspended for any reason, or if you have any late payments in the first 3 months, Hostgator will not pay a commission. If for whatever reason you end up canceling your account with hostgator before we have been paid, you will not receive your check from us. Bottom line, if we don't get paid you don't get a rebate, so don't cancel and make your payments on time!
